By accessing or using Slatebridge services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Slatebridge provides AI-powered software tools for property management contractors, including but not limited to bid generation, close-out workflows, and payment acceleration. Specific service features are described on the relevant product pages.
You agree to:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Slatebridge and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, and content. You retain ownership of data you input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AppFolio, SMS providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slatebridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, for active subscribers, via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
